‘Did We Nail It’ Terms and Conditions

 

1. Promoter: STARK Building Materials UK Limited trading as JP Corry, Registered office: STARK Building Materials UK Limited, Merchant House, Binley Business Park, Harry Weston Road, Coventry CV3 2TT (Company Number: 01647362) (the “Promoter”).

2. This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding:

(a) employees of the Promoter;

(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or any other company within the Promoter’s group, or anyone else professionally connected with the prize draw; or

(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

3. The title of the competition is “Did We Nail it? Monthly Prize Draw. Upon completion of the Did We Nail It? survey (the “Survey”) you will be given the opportunity to be entered into the monthly prize draw.

4. By completing the Survey and entering into the prize draw, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please seewww.jpcorry.com for a copy of these terms and conditions. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to win.

5. To enter the prize draw, simply complete the requested details on completion of the Survey which is available at www.telljpcorry.com and delivery.telljpcorry.com. Only one entry per person per month will be included. The Promoter will not accept entries that are:

(a) automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications);

(b) completed by third parties or in bulk;

(c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;

(d) photocopies and not originals; or

(e) incomplete.

6. The Promoter will not accept:

(a) liability if incomplete details are provided, and an entry does not get submitted into the prize draw as a result;

(b) responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or

(c) proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the prize draw.

7. There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

8. Each prize draw will run from the first day of a month at 00:00:01 hrs and entries must be received by the Promoter in accordance with paragraph 5 above by 23:59:59 hrs on the final day of that month (the “Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be valid for that month’s prize draw but will instead be entered into the following month’s prize draw. The Promoter accepts no liability for any entries received after a Closing Date not being entered into that month’s prize draw.

9. No purchase is necessary.

10. The prize draw will take place monthly within 7 days of the relevant Closing Date. A winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the Closing Date and this decision shall be final.

11. Each monthly winner will receive fifty pounds (£50) JP Corry vouchers (the “Prize”).

12. The monthly winner will be notified by email or telephone (using the details provided at entry) within seven (7) days of the relevant prize draw and must provide a postal address to claim their Prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within three (3) days of being notified by the Promoter, then the Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

13. The Prize will be delivered within four (4) weeks of the Closing Date for the relevant monthly prize draw so long as the winner has confirmed suitable delivery details with the Promoter.

14. The Prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

15. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver as a result of industrial action or other circumstances beyond their control.

16. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

17. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. 18. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any

liability for any loss occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its employees, its agents, suppliers or their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

19. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the prize winners to anyone who sends a stamped addressed envelope to Marketing Department, JP Corry, 648 Springfield Road, Belfast, BT12 7EH or an email to marketing@jpcorry.co.uk within 30 days after the date of the Closing Date of the relevant prize draw. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at marketing@jpcorry.co.uk . In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

20. The name and county of the winner will be available by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Marketing Department, JP Corry, 648 Springfield Road, Belfast, BT12 7EH or an email to marketing@jpcorry.co.uk within 30 days after the date of the Closing Date of the relevant prize draw.

21. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this prize draw without prior notice where it becomes necessary to do so.

22. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and/or select an alternative winner in the event the Promoter believes that any entrant has contravened any of these terms and conditions.

23. Accepting a prize may give rise to a tax liability which will be the winner’s responsibility.

24. An entrant’s personal data will be used by the Promoter for the purposes of administering this prize draw. The Promoter will only process a participant’s personal information in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and as set out in the Promoter’s privacy statement.

25. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
