Terms and Conditions: Pressure Washer draw

1. Eligibility: - The Pressure Washer Prize Draw Competition (hereinafter referred to as "the Competition") is open to legal residents of Northern Ireland, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. - Employees of Draper, JP Corry and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Competition.

2. Entry: - To enter the Competition, participants must visit JP Corry branches and purchase a ‘Draper pressure washer 240v 2200’ during the Competition Period. - Entry into the Competition is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Competition Period: - The Competition begins on Monday 10th March 2025 and runs until Saturday 22nd March ("Competition Period").

4. Prizes: - The Competition winner will be contacted directly and announced on the JP Corry website and social media channels. - Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash. - Winners will be solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or other fees associated with the receipt or use of the prize.

5. Winner Selection: - Winners will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period. - The draw will be conducted within 5 days after the end of the Competition Period. - Winners will be notified via email or phone within 5 days after the draw date. - If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 5 days of notification, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected at JP Corry’s discretion.

6. Publicity: - By entering the Competition, participants agree to allow JP Corry to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, except were prohibited by law.

7. Limitation of Liability: - JP Corry and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be responsible for: - Any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Competition. - Technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software. - Unauthorised human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Competition.

8. Governing Law: - The Competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland without regard to conflicts of laws principles.
