JP Corry have a strong culture of investing in their people, with learning and development opportunities available to all staff.
 

We are very proud to boast a high percentage of long serving staff within the business, which demonstrates our desire to cultivate talent and empower staff to develop the next set of leaders.

Our people are presented with various options to improve their performance and progress within the company. Learning and development of our people is encouraged through e-learning. Staff have the opportunity to complete a wide range of online training modules. External training such as NVQ's is also available to help staff improve their performance and broaden their knowledge.

Additionally, we engage with our people by conducting annual employee engagement surveys. The feedback is used constructively by senior management to ensure employees feel engaged.
