JP Corry World Cup Scratch Card Promotion – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is JP Corry ("the Promoter").
2. Promotional Period
The promotion will run during the promotional period as advertised in participating branches. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the promotional period at its discretion.
3. Eligibility
The promotion is open to customers holding a valid JP Corry Cash Account or Trade Credit Account.
Participants must be aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to participate.
4. How to Participate
Customers who spend £100 or more (excluding VAT) in a single transaction during the promotional period will be eligible to receive one (1) World Cup Scratch Card.
Only one scratch card may be issued per customer per day, regardless of the number or value of qualifying transactions made.
Qualifying spend must be completed and paid for in accordance with normal account terms.
Scratch cards are available while stocks last.
5. Scratch Card Prizes
Each scratch card may reveal an instant prize or a World Cup team.
Instant prizes, where applicable, must be claimed in accordance with any instructions provided on the scratch card.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
6. Grand Prize Draw
Customers holding a scratch card featuring the national team that is officially declared the winner of the relevant FIFA World Cup tournament will be eligible for entry into the Grand Prize Draw.
Eligible customers must retain their original winning scratch card and provide any information reasonably requested by the Promoter to validate their entry.
Only verified winning scratch cards will qualify for the Grand Prize Draw.
7. Grand Prize
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
The Grand Prize consists of one pair of tickets to a Premier League football match during the following season.
Match tickets are subject to availability, fixture schedules, club allocations, and operational restrictions.
The Promoter cannot guarantee tickets for a specific club, fixture, date, stadium, or seating location.
Travel, accommodation, food, beverages, and any other associated costs are not included unless expressly stated otherwise.
The winner and guest must comply with all venue, ticket provider, and event organiser terms and conditions.
In the event that Premier League tickets become unavailable, cannot be secured, or are deemed impractical to provide for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative football or sporting event experience of equal or greater value.
No cash alternative will be offered, and the prize is non-transferable except at the Promoter's sole discretion.
8. Winner Selection and Notification
The Grand Prize winner will be selected within a reasonable period following the conclusion of the World Cup tournament.
The winner will be contacted using the details held on their account or otherwise provided to the Promoter.
If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within the specified timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
9. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry and to disqualify any participant suspected of fraudulent, misleading, or improper conduct.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, defaced, or illegible scratch cards.
The Promoter's decision regarding all aspects of the promotion is final and binding.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, substitute, or withdraw this promotion or any prize at any time without prior notice where circumstances make this unavoidable.
Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
10. Data Protection
Any personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be processed solely for the administration of the promotion and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
